We all want to excel in things that we do. Why not increase brain power and make things brighter, bigger and so unique you stand out in the crowd! There's a saying that anything is possible if we put our hearts and minds to it. So if we want to increase brain power and benefit from it, let's look at a few simple things that can help us do just that.

Have a healthy lifestyle. If we take care of our bodies by having regular exercise and eating healthy meals, all of our bodily functions will perform in tip top shape. Do cardio exercises and/or weight training but consult a qualified professional first before doing any of the above.

Eat the right brain food by eating veggies and nuts and the usual fruits and berries to curb your sweet cravings. Add the additional anti-oxidant vitamins like A, C and E or eat food that naturally have them like, carrots, apples and oranges. For vitamin E, there's nuts like almonds and macadamia.

Here's another important thing that we oftentimes take for granted. Get enough rest and sleep as possible. Around 6 to 8 hours is an acceptable norm and drink lots of water instead of sodas. Staying away from fatty, greasy food will definitely come a long way.

Increase brain power by stimulating your left and right brain with these simple mind exercises.

Left brain exercises: try doing Sudoku puzzles, using the left hand if you're right handed and vise versa, reciting the alphabet backwards are some of the ways you can stimulate the brain and increase brain power.

Right brain exercises: try creative visualization. It's a simple mind exercise that allows us to be creative, intuitive and be able to visualize what we want in life so that it will be easier to plan ahead and take action to manifest it in reality.

Creative visualization is like daydreaming, with eyes closed, fully relaxed and conscious, you're the director of your own movie, the script and the outcome is all yours. Fill the scene with a lot of clear details and feel everything with all your senses. This will take around 10-15 minutes and when you're finished, claim everything as your own and feel grateful that you already own it. Have that positive thought and feeling reverberate and grow within you as you go along the day.

Planning and taking action.
Putting it all together, with regular exercise, healthy food intake and mind exercises that help you increase brain power, all you have to do is focus all your energies to the desired outcome through proper planning and goal setting. Remember you can't get from point A to point B without taking concrete action. If you balance everything and determine what is important in your life, plan and set goals to achieve each one of them, what you created in your mind's eye can now be realized with the right attitude and positive expectation of the outcome

On the other hand, it is also advisable to watch television in moderation because watching it frequently will severely affect your ultimate mind power.

According to studies, when someone watches the television, the brain is neutralized, thus the brain turns passive. And this is never a good characteristic for a person's brain. Feeding your body will also improve your ultimate mind power because the brain is not capable of storing energy, which is why it needs to be constantly supplied with nutrients. What most people do not know is that when they get some exercise, they are also exercising their minds. That is why it is also safe to say that exercising can also help you in your ultimate mind power. The explanation to this phenomenon is that exercise undoubtedly promotes brain cells' growth in a person. One last example of how you can train your brain is by playing with it.

Once in a while, try to challenge your brain to do something new while having fun like having a light conversation with a friend about a certain issue, learning a new language, answering challenging quizzes or even doing puzzles. However easy the activity is, it will surely help in developing your ultimate mind power because it helps the blood circulation flow in your brain. In turn, helping the blood circulate easily in the brain allows the connection between nerve cells to be strengthened.

Everyone today wants to achieve ultimate mind power, but doesn't know how. Your brain is completely trainable believe it or not. There are many ways and techniques you can use to help clear your brain in order to help you think, work, and feel better.

Training your brain will in the long run give you the greatest mind power possible. Thinking of problem-solving ideas is a way to help your brain achieve long term success. If you live a boring, mundane, and repetitive life such as a boring mundane task job your brain may never learn problem-solving abilities. You have to challenge yourself daily in solving problems. Pick up the phone once in a while and just listen in on your friends. If your friends are like my friends, they constantly have problems. Sometimes I feel like I am Dr. Laura, solving everyone's problems including my own. My friends mainly come to me with financial problems, which is understandable considering on how bad the economy is doing. I sit down with them and take my time in teaching them how to manage their money. I have taught many of my friends how to save over $500 extra dollars a month! That's huge, especially if they are just bringing home around 2k a month. Many people don't take the time and give themselves the ability for self-help. Most people will see a problem and do NOTHING about it! I don't know if its laziness or lack of time, but nothing ever gets done until I intervene.

There are many ways to challenge yourself and solve problems. Some problems may consist of not enough visitors or potential customers coming to your website. In order to overcome such a problem like this, you need to think of humorous ways to attract visitors to your site that is original yet powerful. People are sick of the same 20 people offering the same bonuses, wording, etc...you need to be UNIQUE. It is ALL about how you present yourself. Training your brain to be unique and solve problems will put you over the top instantly.

Relaxation and getting rid of unwanted stress will also greatly improve the power of the mind. Take a bath, read the newspaper, play cards, board games, video games, walk your dog, exercise, etc... are all ways to alleviate stress. Most stress is caused by family problems. If you are having family problems try these techniques and it should greatly reduce your stress. There is nothing like doing something you enjoy after a horrible day. It definitely will clear your head and help you're though processes. Exercising is one of the greatest ways to alleviate stress. If someone made you mad during the course of the day, you can take it out on weights. They may not talk or fight back, but it sure will make you feel better. Practice and preach patience. I hate reading articles that give enhancing techniques which, frankly give me a head ache rather than improve my memory.

1. Have a laugh
What a pleasurable way to increase brain power. Studies have shown that people are more engaged in work after having watched comedy that made them crease. Comedy arouses your amagdale in your brain which ultimately puts emotion to the work being studied. Laughing wakes up the brain and makes the person active, excited and makes the person more interesting. Laughing till you start crying also helps release cortisil through your tears which is the hormone in your body related to stress.

2. Exercise
Encouraging people to participate in energy fillers during study time with enhance the persons memory. By energy fillers, meaning activities you love doing and activities that you can't measure or put in to quantifiable terms. These may be activities such as walking your dog. Focus on exercise that gets the heart rate up. It stimulates blood flow around your body and to your head. By stimulating blood flow, you ultimately stimulate the flow of endorphins through your body and to your brain, increasing brain power. Do exercise wich engages complication such as bicycle riding wich incorporates your sense of balance.

3. Think outside the box
Keep looking for new experiences, for example, do not just settle for the same restaurant every week, try a different one. Question your view of the world and your assumptions about things.If people had not done that, the explorers would never have set sail and found new lands. The more likely you are to come up with a new way of doing things, or an invention that can make you rich.Do not just do it with the big things, think about a new route you can travel to get to work and then try it. This will get your brain actively involved.

4.Sleep
Sleep is very important to increase brain power. Sleep allows your brain to recuperate from the 4 million bits of information that comes at it every day. A lack of sleep may even interfere with the ability to absorb what needs to be studied. During your sleep your brain releases a chemical called ceritonin. It help store away all the information studied during the day in to a logical filing system in your brain. If you go to the toilet at night and turn on the light, ceritonin stops being released inhibiting the retention of your studies. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a day to let your brain recharge.

Even with the availability of glucose and ketones, the brain will not perform well without the presence of adequate oxygen. It is the supplied oxygen that enables the 'burning' of the fuel to produce energy for the cells use.

For the brain to serve as a true powerhouse, it needs to have adequate supply of oxygen. The proportion of oxygen supplied is most cases proportional to the energy output of the brain cells. To make the most of brain power, then it is essential that adequate oxygenation is supplied to the brain. This article discusses how you can enhance the oxygen supply to the brain.

Brain respiration is a common method that has been employed to measure brain power and develop the power capabilities. Brain respiration employs a number of simple exercises that are used during training to integrate mind and body functions. Ultimate Mind Power - Can You Increase the Power of Your Mind?

IF you could raise the total amount of your brain power by merely a measly 5% you would be right up there with all the great minds of all time. Einstein, Hawking, Newton, Michelangelo as well as the other great thinkers and doers. Meditate on that for a few seconds because that's ultimate mind power.

That would be awesome wouldn't it? You as one of the most intellectually gifted people on the face of the earth. What would you do with all of that brain and mind power and do it fast?

Could you have more money?

Could you provide better for your family?

Would you have a better personal life?

Could you have more friends?

Could you have everything you ever wanted?

The answer to all of the above is YES. Just learning how to use your mind can give you a big boost over those who don't know how and improve your mind power.

Just imagine how much happier you could be. How much more money you could make. How much happier you could be. How much better off your family would be. The thought of having all of that simply by raising your mental power a couple of points is mind boggling don't you think?

Learning to use your mind to it's fullest potential is what my goal is to teach you. I write the way most of us talk so it should be quite simple for you and everybody else to understand and follow.

Don't you just hate it when supposedly smart people try to educate you on something and you have to have a dictionary to figure out what they are saying. That's if it's even possible to figure it out.

You won't have that trouble with me. A number of people use big words so you'll know they're smarter than you are or better than you are or so they can talk down to you. That won't happen here. I'd rather see you have you ultimate mind power than try to let you know I might be smarter than you.

Sometimes, it seems that those people who are smart can't give information that's understandable because they'd rather show off how smart they are rather than instructing you on something or putting it in a way that you'll be able to learn from. It's not respectable unless it's in big polysyllabic words that no one can understand.

How can they teach you to use your intelligence, increase the power of your mind and have what you would like when they can't even talk in a way that's understood? Sorry, I don't have the answer to that one.

What I do know is it's not that hard to learn to use your mind and to increase your mental power. If you can sit in your recliner and think(meditation) then you can do it and have everything you've ever wanted.

What I am going to try to teach you is how to make your mind work for you, not against you so you too can have ultimate mind power.

Increasing Brain Power

INTRODUCTION

In the world of writing there is something called "Writer's Block" where the author
procrastinates on his work and is easily distracted. Hopefully, he overcomes
the problem and tackles his assignment. To do so, he needs to eliminate
distractions and engage his brain to the subject at hand. The same is true
in any endeavor, be it a carpenter, an engineer, or a programmer. The more we
can engage the brain, the more we can produce. The challenge therefore becomes
how to maximize the use of our brain. By brain power I am not referring to a
measurement of IQ, but rather to simply engage what God has given us.

LEVELS

I may not be a psychologist, but it has been my observation as a management
consultant that there is essentially three levels by which our brains operate:

LEVEL 1 - PRIMAL

This represents our basic instincts and reflex actions as we blunder through
life (I call this the "auto-pilot" mode). For example, we devise a morning
regimen where we awaken and prepare for work. At this level, we are not
at our most alert. Instead, we want to simply catch up on the news, brush
our teeth, dress, and travel to work. Similarly, at the end of the day, we
decelerate our activity as we prepare for sleep. In other words, we develop
predictable routines to go through day after day without much thought. The
brain is engaged, but far from our maximum output. In fact, we take in more
than we put out. This is where we want to be entertained or informed.

LEVEL 2 - MODERATE

This level represents an equal level of input and output. The brain is either
accelerating (at the beginning of the work day) or decelerating (at the end
of the work day). At this level we have no trouble taking instructions and
produce an average amount of work, quite often mundane or routine assignments
simply to pass the time of day. We are also easily distracted. In the normal
business day, Level 2 typically occurs between 9:00am - 10:00am (as the work
day begins), 12:00pm - 1:00pm (following lunch), and 4:00pm to 5:00pm (as
we prepare to conclude the work day).

LEVEL 3 - ACCELERATED

This level represents high achievement where we are able to concentrate
and put forth our best work effort. Here, the brain is fully engaged and our
output surpasses our input as we concentrate on the job at hand. In the
normal business day, Level 3 typically occurs between 10:00am - 12:00pm,
and 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

AVERAGE WORK DAY

Let us now consider how we use time during the average work day and
consider how much is used at the various levels. First, we will divide the
day into three equal increments of eight hours: Sleep, Work, and Personal Time.

REST - 8 HOURS

During this time, the brain is not truly engaged other than to maintain
bodily functions.

WORK - 8 HOURS

Based on studies we have performed on time management, we have
found most people in corporate offices to be approximately 70% effective,
meaning in an eight hour work day, they are spending about six hours on
direct work assignments, and two hours on indirect activities (time that
doesn't contribute directly to their assignments; e.g., breaks, meetings,
taking instruction or direction, etc.)

PERSONAL TIME - 8 HOURS

This represents time where we perform pet projects and hobbies,
pay the bills, run errands, attend a function (such as a meeting),
relaxation, awake, prepare for sleep, etc. During this time we
typically spend two hours of concentrated work, and six hours of
indirect activities.

SHIFTING GEARS

This means in a typical work day, we only spend eight hours to really exercise
the brain (Levels 2 and 3). But from a manager's perspective, we are primarily
concerned with the six hours devoted to work. During this time, people will
spend approximately three hours operating at Level 2 and three hours at
Level 3. This ratio between Levels 2 and 3 will fluctuate based on how well
the worker is able to engage the brain. Some people are able to engage their
brains at Level 3 for several hours, some for only an hour, and some not at all.

At this time we have to recognize that thinking is hard work. Although Level 3
is where we want employees to perform at, we must recognize that nobody can
keep it in high gear for an extended period of time. The brain grows weary and
moderates itself, shifting from Level 3 down to Level 2 or Level 1.

We must also beware of the "cattle phenomenon" whereby we fall into
the tedium of repetitive behavior and, as such, our brains do not progress
past Level 2. Consequently, repetition often leads to laziness.

SOME RECOMMENDATIONS

It is the manager's objective to keep employees operating at Level 3 for as long
as is practical, thereby producing the best and most voluminous work products. To do
so, the manager must minimize distractions, relieve tension, and maximize focus
on work (concentration). To this end, the manager should consider the following:

* Use of Stimulants

No, I am not suggesting the use of narcotics in the work place, other than a
good strong cup of coffee (the rocket fuel of industry). However, you want to
create an environment that appeals to the human senses, specifically visual,
audio, touch, even smell. For example, a well lit and brightly painted room
stimulates human senses as opposed to a dark, dull, lackluster room. A
painting or office furnishings can add a touch of class and stress the disposition
of the office. A calm and quiet office, perhaps with some suitable background
music, can help people focus as opposed to a loud and boisterous environment.
Ergonomically designed office equipment can have a positive impact on employee
behavior. But be careful not to introduce too much comfort as it might put people
to sleep. To illustrate, I do not have a problem with hard chairs that force people
to sit up and pay attention.

Encourage mental gymnastics during the day. Perhaps some friendly debate
or the solving of a problem. It has long been known that puzzles, crosswords,
chess and checkers, and the like help stimulate the human brain. Simple, basic
social intercourse can work wonders in terms of stimulating the mind.

Consider room temperature; if too warm or too cold, it will become distracting.
But keep the room more cool than warm as it forces you to stay awake. Also
consider the amount of available oxygen which stimulates the brain.

Another area to review is nutrition. Make sure workers are eating the right
foods in the right amount. Large meals tend to put people to sleep immediately
afterwards.

Basic exercises can also enhance both physical and mental acuity. Many
companies now offer in-house facilities for such programs.

Understand this, employee breaks are not all bad. It gives the worker an
opportunity to get away from his work, clear his head, and return with a
better focus. Of course, there will be those employees who will abuse this
privilege and, because of this, the manager has to constantly monitor the
use of breaks.

Ultimately, the corporate culture has a profound effect on the stimulation
of workers. If the right environment is established, you can turn lethargic
workers into "movers and shackers."

* Motivate

It is necessary for the manager to encourage workers to rise to a challenge
and work harder. To this end, the manager must play the role of Industrial
Psychologist to understand what makes people tick, thereby providing the means
to motivate them to excel. This can be done with simple praise, rewards, and
recognition. It can also be done through constructive criticism. I have seen
instances where both a cheerleader approach and a tough taskmaster approach
have worked to positive effect. Some people respond to praise, others respond
better when their integrity is challenged. Here, the manager has to intuitively
know when and where to press the right buttons of his workers.

The manager needs to be able to create a sense of urgency, regardless of the
task at hand. This can be done either by carrot or by stick depending on the situation.
The worker must understand their work is important and adds value to their life.
If they feel their work is irrelevant, then their self-esteem will suffer and they
will put forth little effort to achieve anything. One way of implementing this is
to empower the workers and make them more personally responsible for their
actions and allow them to participate in the decision making process. By
creating a sense of ownership, the worker becomes more responsible (and active)
in their work effort.

* Avoid Repetition

As indicated earlier, repetition can cause the brain to relax. Because of this,
the manager must consider ways to break up the monotony and cause the
workers to refocus. Work breaks can break up the tedium, perhaps with some brief
physical exercise thrown in. Scheduled breaks are effective but they too can face
the problem of repetition; e.g., workers work around anticipated breaks. In contrast,
unscheduled breaks often have a better effect as it disrupts worker expectations. Think
of it as a game of "Musical Chairs."

Sometimes a simple change of scenery can help break up repetition. Instead
of meeting at the same place over and over again, try a different physical
venue to perk up worker interest.

* Health

Regardless of how logical we believe we are, the brain is a physical organ
greatly influenced by human health. If we are sick or in distress (perhaps due
to the death of a loved one, a pending divorce, financial problems, etc.), it
is difficult to focus on our work. The manager should monitor worker
mental/physical health and take corrective action. For example, if someone
is sick, get them to a doctor so they can begin to mend and become productive
again. Further, the last thing you need is for someone to infect the rest of
your workers with a contagious disease (e.g., colds, flu, etc.).

The manager should also look for sleep deprivation in workers and counsel
them accordingly. A tired worker will not engage his brain properly. Further,
look for signs of drug abuse and depression that might have an adverse effect
on their work.

* Minimize Distractions

One of the manager's responsibilities is to monitor the surroundings of
the worker in order to minimize distractions and create a suitable environment
to concentrate on their work assignments. To assist in this regards, a Project
Management system is useful to record both direct and indirect activities. By
doing so, the manager can analyze the causes of worker distractions, plot
trends, and take appropriate action to minimize interference. For example,
if a manager detects excessive use of the telephone, he may devise a policy
to arrest the abuse. He may even go so far as to hold all outgoing calls.

The point is, the manager should constantly monitor and analyze
disruptions and distractions so that workers can concentrate on their
work effort.

* Avoid Technology

A recent study was performed by Kings College in London for Hewlett
Packard, the purpose of which was to study the effect of technology
on worker performance. According to Dr. Glenn Wilson, the author of the study:

"Results showed clearly that technological distraction diminished IQ test performance
(mean scores dropped from 143.38 achieved under quiet conditions to 132.75 under
'noisy' conditions)."

"The impact of distraction was greater for males (145.50 down to 127) than for females
(141.25 down to 138.50). Putting that another way, males were superior in quiet conditions,
females were superior in the distraction condition. This is consistent with the idea that women
are better than men at 'multi-tasking'."

"Noisy conditions caused a striking increase in self-reported stress. Ratings on a 0-10 scale
of 'stress experienced during the test' increased from 2.75 to 5.5 for males and 4.75 to 6.75
for females. Note that in addition to the main effect of conditions of testing, women reported
higher stress levels than men overall."

Basically, Wilson's study is saying that excessive use of technology can
have an adverse effect on a person's brain power. This is somewhat disturbing
as technology now permeates our society. As an example, while traveling through
the airports recently I observed the majority of my fellow travelers "tuned out" by
technology. The lion's share of travelers today make active use of iPods, PDA's,
cell phones, DVD & CD players, and laptop computers. It seems fewer and fewer
travelers read a book or engage in conversation anymore. In other words, most
travelers today are operating at a Level 2.

If Wilson is correct, and I believe he is, the manager should take notice of
this adverse effect of technology and discourage the use of such devices,
particularly at break time, and encourage more interpersonal contact
instead. Technology has its place, but I tend to believe we rely too heavily
on it. For example, using an automated calculator allows our brain to relax
while the machine performs the math. Too often I have seen people reach for a
calculator to perform a simple computation as opposed to working it out with
paper and pencil. They simply do not want to engage their brains. Further, I
have seen whole engineering departments come to a standstill when power
outages brought their computers down. Do they really lack the skills to continue their
work? Not really; their minds have simply been turned off by the technology.

CONCLUSION

The human brain distinguishes us from the rest of God's creatures. It is
sad when we do not use it to its full potential. How the brain shifts
between Levels 1-2-3 is something we control ourselves. We can
elect to engage it and aspire to achieve, or not to engage it and
become lazy and complacent. It can also be engaged due to circumstances
and affected by others, such as our friends, family, fellow workers and
manager.

How a manager manipulates his worker's brain power is analogous to
a mechanic fine-tuning an automobile. He is simply trying to get the
most out of it. Hopefully, we can give the mechanic something to work
with; if not, we'll be scrapped.

Brain Power - The Secret of Abundance

Improving your brain power is the secret to living a life you've always wanted. Imagine what you could do with more brain power. I mean, really think about it! The list is endless! But my favorite by far is being able to live a more productive and prosperous life. Wouldn't you agree?

So, let's start with...

EXERCISE
Exercise improves your circulation, which ultimately improves circulation to the brain. Studies show that physical activity is a way to keep the brain healthy and our minds sharp. And we all know by now that exercise helps to prevent high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and stroke, all of which contribute to dementia.

How much exercise is needed to get that blood movin'? Well, you don't have to become a super athlete to notice improvement. A brisk half-hour walk 3 times a week should do.

With that in mind, let's skip on over to...

SLEEP
With all that exercise, you'll most likely get a good night's sleep. Studies show that we need a good 6-8 hours of sleep each night. And it's best to hit that pillow before midnight, preferably by 10 pm. Research is still being done, but so far it is showing that even small reductions in sleep can decrease memory function.

So, now that you've had a good night's sleep, let's see what's for breakfast...

You know the old saying, "You are what you eat"? Well, that goes for your brain, too. And one of the best ways to improve your brain power would be to increase Omega 3 fats found in a good quality fish or krill oil. Most people do not appreciate how damaging stress and negativity are to the brain and the body. Most people think that stress and negativity come from without, and if they could just get themselves to a place where other people weren't crazy and where life was simpler, stress and negativity would dissolve away forever. Some people think that if they learn some more about how to increase their brain power by absorbing and applying more information, that this will do the trick. The thing is that most people today are wired for stress and negativity. If stress did not appear "outside of them" they would quickly feel, think and act in ways that would lead them to experiences of stress and negativity that are more familiar and comfortable than peace and joy.

The brain and the body create all kinds of associations between stimuli and survival. Just because they do this does not mean that it is a perfect system. Nor are these systems designed to lead people to joy and other such sublime perceptions. Survival is about keeping the body alive, and while this is a worthy goal at the level of biology, it is not the ultimate goal for human beings.

So if stress and negativity are such a challenge to our ability to increase brain power, and we have become wired to experience these perceptions in order to assure our very survival, then what can we do to increase brain power through reducing these factors?

The first thing to recognize that all experience is interpretation. This means that just because you experience something a certain way does not mean that that is the only possible, let alone the ideal interpretation. Just creating some "distance" or space between your perceptions and your reactions or responses is helpful.

Secondly, it is helpful to recognize that your mind and brain are operating from programs. Most people, most of the time, operate from programs. Just as in cybernetics and computer science, a program is an energy form that takes in a limited amount of data, processes it, and creates predictable outputs based on the inputs. The human mind and body (for most people) are mostly operating according to programs. The problem with programs is that they are limited and predictable and based upon circumstances from the past which can never be perfectly replicated in the present moment. So when we operate from programs and memories we are stuck in the past and unable to respond to the present moment with novel, creative, and completely appropriate responses.

Thirdly, it is important to develop personal practices that help our minds and bodies to disconnect from programs so that we can begin to respond to the actual content of the present moment, rather than limited interpretations of it. It is possible to live program-free. When more and more of us do this, we will increase brain power, because instead of running old version of programs, we will be able to pick up signals and act upon them in ways that lead to new results, solutions, answers, and perhaps most importantly, better questions.

Most people think increasing brain power is a matter of storing and retrieving more and more information. For me, increased brain power is about using the brain more and more as a receiver and less and less as a computer that runs programs. Learn and develop a practice for erasing programs and your brain power will increase dramatically. Erase away!

I can understand how you feel? I too had by sheer chance bought a book on the power of the mind and read it. What you can achieve by invoking the Law of Attraction through mind power techniques was really amazing.

But... I could not really achieve what I wanted at that point in time.

This was until I attended a mind power training and unleashed my ultimate mind power.

Would you like to know some of these mind power techniques that helped me?

Well, here are 3 tips that continues to help me despite the continuous bombarding of negative news that you get daily from the media.

1. Imagine Your Perfect Place of Relaxation

Sit down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths.

Imagine being in a place where you are perfectly relaxed. Remember that this is in your imagination and you can be anywhere in the world. You have no money, distance or time constraints.

You could be at the seaside with the breeze blowing in your face. You can hear the waves as they reach out to the shore.

Or you could be in the woods lying down in a hammock. You can hear the rustling of the leaves and the birds chirping. And above you can see the canopy of leaves with the sun peaking through.

And you can even have your favorite soothing music playing. For goodness sake, all this in your imagination where anything is possible!

Let your imagination flow and allow your ultimate mind power do its work! You will feel relaxed and calm.

Do this in a quiet place if you can. After some amount of practice, you can actually achieve the same level of calmness even in noisy places.

In fact, this is what you can do with your ultimate mind power. When everything around you is in a unsettled state, you can easily use the power of the mind to not only calm yourself, but also to bring the situation under control.

2. Visualize Your End Results

You may have heard of Stephen Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People". Habit 2 is "Begin with the End in Mind". To get the Law of Attraction working in your favor, also include visualizing the end that you have in mind.

How to visualize? It is not just merely painting a picture of the end result. It is actually exaggerating it. Add color. Have lots of people in it who are happy and are also enjoying benefits because of what you have achieved.

This is an important mind power secret! You need to emphasize and exaggerate (all in your mind) to reinforce this into your mind. Your mind then engages with the universe and invokes the Law of Attraction to bring to you what you want as long as it is good for you and others as well.

Again, when you think of how to visualize, there are no money and time constraints as it is all in your imagination.

Your end result could be you taking a cruise around the world. Not only by yourself... also with your family and all your friends. You have the best food, best accommodation, entertainment that you never dreamed of, and whatever your heart desires.

This is where some people just cannot let go their current constraints and even in their imagination they limit the kind of things that they can enjoy in life.

Focus on how to visualize to program your brain with all the positives you want and remove the constraints you currently face in life.

This exercise is to be enjoyed. If you are not enjoying it, then you are not doing it effectively.

You will be amazed at the right people, right reading materials, right situations that you will attract!

3. Let Go

One very important point to take note of when using the ultimate mind power is to let go, once you have given it your instructions using different mind power techniques.

Typical human behavior is to expect things to happen fast. When it does not happen, the immediate thought is that ultimate mind power does not really work. This gets into a vicious cycle negating whatever work you have done before in reinforcing results that you want.

The secret here is to "let go". Except for the times that you spend visualizing, don't even think about it. If you do, then let it be positive.

Be your own best friend. Do not sabotage your own success.

Another very important point is to know that your ultimate mind power knows best. There are times when what you want will not happen.

There are two reasons for this. One is that as important as it may have seemed, it really was not really needed. So, it does not matter. This is the easier situation.

There are other times when you really want it and you don't get it. You will find after a while, and some times after a long time, that something better turns up. The power of the subconscious mind makes this possible.

Some of these things may seem unbelievable to some people. There are also many who will remember some things that happened in their life and understand now that they used their ultimate mind power even without realizing it. And yet others who know and have used the power of the subconscious mind to enjoy better things in life.
