Does it work?

Yes. I suffered with insomnia for many many years. I tired numerous so-called cures and remedies but nothing ever provided a long term healthy solution like sleeptracks has.

Will sleeptracks work instantly?

Honestly - the answer is no. I was a little disheartened at first and wrote it off as another failed attempt to cure my insomnia. I stuck with it, and I'm so glad I persevered.
