This is not an article written by a wannabe motorcyclist article writer that is under direction from the magazine owners on what to write and say based on which motorcycle company is paying the most in advertising dollars at the moment. This article keeps it real.

As I mentioned, I purchased my Victory Kingpin in February of 2004 -- A very good year. After looking at Harley Davidson and seeing how Harley has become a mass production company of cookie cutter, oil-leaking machines, I decided to look elsewhere. If a Harley is you bag, then that is all good. For me, I do not understand the appeal. Next I looked at the Honda VTX 1800 -- Very nice bike. Best performance and all around cruiser for the money. I wanted this bike.

At the last minute I catch glimpse of a Victory Vegas advertisement. I decide I need to know more. I find that the 2004 Victory motorcycles are being sold by mostly Indian dealerships. Why? Well this is about the time that Indian corporation has decided to go out of business. So the nervous Indian dealerships are quickly signing on with Polaris to sell the Victory motorcycle lines. Was this fate or what? The Victory dealers are enjoying record sales now and selling high-quality American motorcycles. I go to my local Indian dealership, check out the Vegas, then in the back of the small showroom I see Victory Kingpins sitting there calling to me. One was the Black/Bronze 2004 two-tone color. I wanted this motorcycle. The look of the bike, the test ride.

Yes, I said test ride. And the professionalism of the Victory dealer made me sign for the bike that day. Sure I was nervous buying an unknown and unproven American (86% American that is) motorcycle. I knew the inherent problems with buying a Harley and I did not want to go there or be labeled a Harley rider. Not for me. Common sense told me I should have gone with the Honda VTX 1800. But the Victory had styling, had performance, and had comfort and handling that I wanted. It cost eight thousand more than a Honda, but who cares when it comes to the bike you want.

The Kingpin was a joy to ride from day one. I upgraded to the Stage I performance kit, which included new slip-on exhaust, a new K&N air filter and a remapping of the Victory Electronic Control Unit (ECU). The new slip-ons gave the bike a deeper throatier sound. Not the metal clanky sound you hear with Harleys. After doing the recommended engine brake in, I started to get comfortable with the new machine and explore its handling capabilities. With its low-center of gravity, this bike handled like a dream. Not as good as my sport bike but very impressive.

I initially was afraid to work on the bike since it was so expensive and foreign to me. But that winter I started doing some modifications on the bike. The modifications started small with simple bolt on add on like the highway bars, chrome goodies and mirrors. The following year I got even more serious and started wiring in brake light and headlight safety modulators. Then I started swapping out stock parts like the ugly stock turn signals and replacing them with custom LED lighting products from the boys at MBW Motorcycles. Now the bike was started to look custom and I was learning my way around.

The latest modifications I have done include more wiring in of the PIAA driving lights, adding a custom after market drive sprocket overdrive pulley. The latter modification involved removing the fuel tank, exhaust, rear wheel, belt drive, right foot controls. This was a serious modification and I had to make sure I put her back together correctly. I strongly suggest you buy the Service manual for your motorcycle. You need to know the torque specifications and which bolts need Loctite. I did succeed in getting the Kingpin back together and running. I took some time in practicing how to align the rear wheel with the belt drive. I did this a few times and bought a Motion Pro belt tension gauge to make sure I was a close to accurate I could be. With all of these modifications, my confidence in working on the Kingpin has gone from zero to what can I try next. It is Zen like to work on motorcycles and to ride them.

Now we are in spring of 2006. The Victory Kingpin is two year old. With all of my modifications and 10,000 miles I have not had one single mechanical problem with this motorcycle. Yes I am shocked. Especially since this was the first year for this motorcycle. There were bound to be some problems. The answer is simply no. This motorcycle is a gem. I can count on this bike on long trips. Feel comfortable riding the bike, and feel confident that I can keep her running for years to come.

I have my Kingpin completely customized to my style. With one or two performance modifications in place, I find the need to give the Victory Freedom 92 cubic inch engine more power. The method to which I will use to satisfy this need is to install an Eaglecat custom Victory air box and a Lloydz Victory Fuel Control module. Bit the items combined will give your Kingpin an additional 11 horsepower. Yes I said eleven horsepower. I have the dyno sheets to prove this.

Well, it has seemed like years since Victory announced their newest motorcycle, the Victory Vision. The marketing plan behind the new Vision started with artist concepts up to the unveiling of both the Tourer and Street Vision models at the Polaris stockholder's meeting held early this year. The marketing is working, slowly wetting the consumer's appetite over a year's period of time. This gets the consumers interested in the Harley Davidson and Honda Tourer's holding off purchasing to see what the Victory Vision experience will be like.

Consumers were constantly guessing and discussing what the Victory Vision would be like. The Kingpin Cruisers (KingpinCruisers.net) -- the number one Victory motorcycle enthusiasts site, held polls on which artist rendition would be closest to the final product. Once the various motorcycle magazines received their stock Victory Vision photos from Victory, the articles and discussions increased. It quickly became apparent that you either loved the new Vision concept or hated right from the initial photos. People that initially criticize the Victory Vision do not see the entire picture. They should applaud the Victory Vision for being a new innovative design which incorporates the latest technology. How many other manufacturers are releasing new models? for this fact alone, the Victory Vision is a winner.

With the year dragging on and the new Victory Vision models making rare appearances at the various motorcycle shows, the consumers were demanding more. The local Victory dealerships heard these requests as well. What happened next was that Victory allowed their authorized dealers to hire the Victory truck to ship the two Victory Vision models to their store for the weekend to demo to their customers. The independent Victory dealers had to shell out some big money to get the opportunity to have the Vision show up at their shop. But this ended up being a huge win for both the consumer and dealerships. Lots of traffic and possible new leads on existing Victory motorcycles in the shop as well as taking pre orders on the new Victory Vision.

The biggest win came in the fact that consumers could sit on the Victory Vision Cruiser and Street models. Buts in seats if you will. This is what sells bikes. Stay away from any dealership that does not let you sit on a motorcycle and take a demo for a test ride. After all, you do not marry your wife without taking her for a test ride, if you know what I mean.

I was fortunate to catch the Victory truck with the Victory Vision models at my local Victory dealership. I took lots of photos, sat on the bike and took it for a demo ride. My first impression was, Wow! The photos online and in the magazines do not do this Victory Vision justice. Sure styling is subjective, but the bike looks unique and very stylish. The Vision has alot of plastic fairings. My one concern was the amount of damage that would be caused if the bike fell over. Well, this concern was put to rest when I saw how the Victory engineers designed into the body work, body/fairing protectors which were part of the passenger foot rests. This single point kept the rest of the motorcycle from touching the ground. It also allowed you enough leverage to straighten the heavy bike back to vertical. Very cool.

When I sat on the Victory Vision Tourer model, I was impressed by the low and very comfortable seat height. You are part of this bike when you sit and ride it. Unlike Harley Davidson's where I feel like I am sitting up on top of the motorcycle and not really feeling like I am part of the bike. Harley feel like scooters to me compared to the Victory motorcycles. The comfortable integrated seat on the Victory Vision also means you have a lower center of gravity. They bike felt very manageable and very well balanced. Very comfortable riding position and handlebar location.

My press pass allowed me a privileged demo ride. The first few minutes on the bike, I was nervous due to the size and all of the fairings. After about ten minutes I began to settle in and get comfortable with the bike. At 20 minutes I forgot I was on a huge full bagger tourer. The adjustable windscreen and gadgets kept my attention so I needed to force myself to focus on the road and not these gadgets.

The Victory Vision is a sheer pleasure to ride and I would definitely consider it for my long touring rides. I would even get it as a commuter. The Victory Vision, with all the stretched out marketing and hype, is going to be a winner. My advice is forget about the Harley Davidson's and Honda tourers and go pre-order yourself a Victory Vision. You will be glad you did and everyone will be asking you, what kind of bike is that.

In my last article I discussed being in an extended season of drought... of how I have struggled to find God's will and His Path during this time.... Based on the response I received, I am not in this boat alone... That I have plenty of companions in the same situation... Which begs the question, WHY?.... Why does God allow this situation to continue, what is the purpose of the drought?

Some time later the brook dried up because there had been no rain in the land. 1 Kings 17:7

While I have no doubt that as times get tougher we have a natural tendency to seek out GOD.... In my case, I had put obstacles in the way of an intimate relationship with HIM... He has slowly, but surely, removed those obstacles from my life.... But this isn't, imo, the only reason....

For this is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: 'The jar of flour will not be used up and the jug of oil will not run dry until the day the LORD gives rain on the land.' 1 Kings 17:14

When I was a young boy... I was a cub scout... One of the highlights every year of scouting, was the race car derby.... This is where you get a package that contains a block of wood, two axles and four wheels, and you build a model race car.... Prizes were given away for the fastest car, and the biggest prize was for the best designed car....

Then Jesus said, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light." Matthew 11:28-30

I was so excited the first year I was old enough to enter... As this would be a project I would get to dowith my Dad.... My Dad was a busy man, he worked two jobs just to provide for his family... So I didnt get to spend a lot of time with him.... Dad has some artistic talent... where his son inherited none of it...

For he was teaching them as one who had authority, and not as their scribes. Matthew 7:29

Within hours of starting our project... Dad soon got frustrated with my lack of talent and abilities... and instead of me building the model and him helping... Instead of my Dad using this as an opportunity to teach me, to spend time with me... It quickly become, His project.. and I was reduced to a gofer role....

Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father's will. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. Matthew 10::29-30

The end result was a magnificent creation... The wooden model car was simply beautiful... It looked just like a stock car type racer... Dad painted it Carolina blue... and painted the number 43 on it... In the end... it was a perfect replica of Richard Petty's car....

For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. 1 Corinthians 13:9-11

While the car took 3rd place in the race... It won, hands down, the best design... But I had no ownership in it.... I had nothing invested in it... Don't get me wrong... it was nice to win... but the Victory was hollow....

You give me your shield of victory,
and your right hand sustains me;
you stoop down to make me great.
Psalm 18:35

Our Heavenly Father... does not want the Victory of his Son, Jesus Christ... To be a hollow Victory for any of his Children... He wants us invested in that victory... He wants us to take OWNERSHIP of that Victory...

This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. 1 John 5:3-5

And unlike my earthly Dad, Our Heavenly Father will use the opportunity of our Drought.. This Father-Son project we call life... To teach us... How to take ownership in His Victory....

When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: "Death has been swallowed up in victory."
1 Corinthians 15:54

We are to be full Participants in the GLORY OF GOD our FATHER... We are to take OWNERSHIP in the VICTORY of JESUS CHRIST... We are to stand, in the authority that Jesus gave us... And Proclaim His WORD.. PROCLAIM VICTORY over our lives.....

Let's make the decision right now... to start taking ownership of the victory... lets invest ourselves.. our time.. our talents and our treasures into the victory... So that we guarantee that the VICTORY will be anything but Hollow...

I leave you in the joy, the peace and the love of the Risen Lamb of God, in the VICTORIOUS JESUS CHRIST....

What's the Difference Between Conquering and Being Victorious?

In God's Word, there is a big difference between being a
conqueror and being victorious. You may ask, don't they
both bring about the same results? And what God wants us
to know is that no, they don't. If you conquer something, that
means you are giving yourself all the credit for the defeat,
and therefore, you will forever be fighting against this thing. It
will always be around somewhere, to haunt you. This is not
victory in the least. God gives the victory when we step aside
and let Him do His thing His way. He tells us that we don't
own our battles, they are His and He will take care of them,
as long as we give Him permission.

When God gives us the victory, that means it's done,
finished, never to be brought up again. It's "outa here!" Why
do you think God says, "Vengeance is Mine!" He knows if we
take matters into our own hands, we won't do a complete
and thorough job of it. We may conquer something
temporarily, but victory is not ours.

It's a common thing for people to seek vengeance on
others. It gives temporary satisfaction to take matters into
your own hands and get revenge. We like to call it, "sweet
revenge". But it's not sweet in the least. In fact, it gets putrid
after awhile. Retaliation is a typical human response when
we feel we've been wronged. Someone has to pay. But, if
God said it was His job, why then don't we let Him do His
job? Who do we think we are to play god and make
someone suffer as we suffer? This fulfills the lust of the
flesh, and grieves the spirit. Our type of vengeance is short
lived. We become overtaken with guilt and regret and have
created a negative situation that may never be healed. This
is not what God wants. If He has free reign to deal with our
problems, we can rest assured that we will be more than
conquerors, we will be victorious. When God settles a
problem, it will disappear and we will be free to rejoice.

God gives us this perfect example in His Word. We tend to
miss the whole point of His Word if we don't ask Him to
reveal it to us. We are not wise in our own eyes and can't
expect to just pick up on the deeper meanings that lay
beneath the words that are written in black and white. God's
examples are for our own good. We really need to pay
attention to them and put them into action.

This example is given in 1 Sam. 25. The story unfolds when
David had supplied for Nabal's men, giving them
whatever they needed out of compassion. He had expected
the favor to be returned to him by Nabal himself. Nabal was
a very rich man and very easily could've returned the
compassion on David and his men. But because he had a
foolish and wicked heart, which is what "Nabal" means, he
refused David's request. We all know someone with a
wicked and foolish heart, but we don't have the right to get
even with them.

This led David to wanting to seek revenge on Nabal's life.
We tend to over step our bounds like this when someone
makes us mad. We wish to do them harm. At that moment,
we feel that someone else's suffering will bring us great
satisfaction. All we have on our minds is, "I guess I showed
them." But, this is exactly what God doesn't want us to do.
This will lead to greater problems afterward. It's only our
near sightedness that we don't look that far into the future.
Thank God, He does and can stop us from making a foolish
mistake that could last a lifetime.

Nabal had a very wise wife named Abigail. Her husband's
men reported to her what David had done for them.

"So know this and consider what you will do, for evil is
determined against our master and all his house. For he is
such a wicked man that one cannot speak to him." 1 Sam.
25:17 (Amplified)

David thought it was his right to bring death upon Nabal
because he was so wicked. We experience all kinds of
relationships like that today. We judge others by what we
think of them instead of letting God handle the situation.

When Abigail had heard this, she hurriedly gathered enough
provisions for David and his men and met him half way and
there she pleaded for her husband's life that David should
not take matters into his own hands. She made David
realize that he was not an evil man that he should do this act
of evil out of revenge.

"Forgive, I pray you, the trespass of your handmaid, for the
Lord will certainly make my lord a sure house, because my
lord is fighting the Lord's battles, and evil has not been
found in you all your days." 1 Sam. 25:28 (Amplified)

She goes on in the next verse to tell David that God will
vindicate his battles against his enemies. In verse 31,
Abigail explains to David that he will be spared the
staggering grief of this, he will not have any pangs of guilt
because of his conscience. It's the guilt we feel afterwards
that is far worse as a result of our selfish pride. So, here,
Abigail is the peacemaker and makes David realize that this
is the Lord's battle to do with as He wishes only because
David would not be able to do a complete job of it for
himself. That's the way it is for us today when we plot
someone else's demise. It will all come back on us in a
bigger way, and we have conquered nothing. We certainly
will not get the victory.

Abigail is also an example of people in relationships that
one may serve God and the other one doesn't. We can not
allow the weaker link to bring us down to their level. We
must remain faithful and strong in our convictions that God
will settle the matter His way.

When Abigail told Nabal what had happened he got so
upset that he became paralyzed and helpless. After 10 days
God smote him and he died. (1 Sam. 25:37)

This left David praising God for handling the situation His
way, the right way and kept David from doing evil. God had
repaid the wickedness of Nabal and He will do the same for
those who oppose us if they mean to do us harm. Just step
back and let God do what God does best!

This story reflects the true act of love and compassion
through Jesus Christ in our lives. Jesus was not out to get
revenge on those who beat Him, spit on Him, blasphemed
Him, hung Him on a cross and jeered at Him. It was His
final words that they be forgiven. If we are in Christ and
Christ is in us, then shouldn't we forgive those who hurt us
and ask God to make us victorious so that He will get all the
glory? What are we showing others when we act out in
revenge? Not a thing, and this is not why Christ came to give
up His life for us.

The next time you are faced with a situation that makes you
want revenge, step away from it, and give it to God so that
you will be kept from doing evil. He will make you more than
a conqueror, He will make you victorious!

Remember, God has chosen us for His own elect and we
are sanctified and made righteous in His image. That
means we have an awesome responsibilty to keep up that
image. We are no longer like those in the world, we are His
special saints and just don't need to stoop to anyone's level.
Have compassion on those who persecute you, pray for
them and ask God to bless them. This only promotes you in
His kingdom and He will vindicate you without guilt. You are
free! This is being able to step away from what the devil
wants you to do. It's victorious to know you are no longer
under the enemy's thumb!

True freedom is not in having your own way, but in yielding
to God's way!

Vivian Gordon writes inspirational and spiritual articles in which to help strengthen the Believer's walk in Christ. They are often taken from today's point of view and used in conjunction with what God says about certain situations and how we are to handle them. There is always an answer for every problem. These articles are not all about asking God "why?" but in finding the answers.

Victory in all sphere of life is the aspiration and desire of all humans. We often see life as a battle field and likewise the mind as a special battle ground with lots of battles going on daily basis. We strife everyday to win! I once preached to a cross of students on campus on Battling with Battled Battles: The Joy of ending well, and on this message, my emphasis was that life is battle and only the strong can win. What are to face, we may not know; how to fight and win, we may not even understand but the bottom-line for we Christians is that we are fighting from victory and not for victor because Jesus Christ has won all battles.

You have read about Moses and how he used the staff in his hand to perform miracles and delivered the children of Israel. The rod is a good source or instrument of divine victory to him. The problem with people is that instead of using that which has been given to them to solve the problem encountered on the journey of life, they would rather start complaining or decide to use untested or new instruments. God feels offended in such situations. You don't provide food and still feed a mature child. You don't teach someone how to fish and still go fishing for him/her. You expect him/her to exercise his/her freedom of deciding between alternative courses of actions.

When the Israelites were faced with the choice of crossing the Red Sea or facing the fully armed Egyptians, Moses cried to god for help while in fact he is having the rod in his hand, the solution!

"Then the Lord said to Moses, 'why are you crying to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water..." (Exodus 14:15 NIV)

The text above established some facts:

i. You can have something in your hand and you may not discover it
ii. You may even discover it and may not know how to use it in some circumstances or situations
iii. You have to seek God's direction at each situation when faced with a problem
iv. If you follow the given directives, you will be a victor

Samson is a powerful man during his own time. He fought lion and killed it without using any weapon. He used the jaw bone of a donkey to fight the Philistines. He has no gun or bomb but he used what he has in his hand at that time to fight against his enemies and he won.

"Finding a fresh jaw bone of a donkey, he grabbed it and struck down a thousand men. Then Samson said, 'with a donkey's jaw bone, I have made donkeys of them. With a donkey's jaw bone, I have killed a thousand men'". (Judges 15:15-16 NIV)

The funniest thing about Samson was that immediately he got the victory, he threw the jaw-born away. The same thing is still happening today; many would throw away what has made them who they are or dump it. Assuming Moses had thrown away his staff after performing series of miracles before Pharaoh, I wonder what would have come out of him when he was faced with other sort of problems.

Let's look at the life of another man, the young shepherd David, who from childhood has been keeping a sling with which he chased away any harassing animal that wanted to hurt his father's sheep. He has once used it to kill a dear and possibly other kind of animals. When he said he will go and fight Goliath, he thought it wise to consult his God to know how to use the familiar and well tested instrument - sling and stones. One fact about God is that he always uses what you are familiar with (i.e. common object to do the uncommon) to give you victory.

What will happen if God come around to lift you up and give you astonishing victory but find nothing in your palms/hands? The fact is, you may have but not taken care and the reality is that there is the possibility that people may take what you don't value away from you. Better still, if you are not sure of the instrument of victory in your hand, people around you may give your another/strange instrument (just like David and Saul) to face similar old challenges and you may fail; not because you can't fight but because you are carrying strange weapons of warfare.

"Then Saul dressed David in his own tunic. He put a coat of armour on him and a bronze helmet on his head. David fastened on his sword over the tunic and tried walking around because he was not used to them. 'I cannot go in these', he said to Saul, because I am not used to them". (I Samuel 17: 38-39 NIV)

Just a few seconds of attention every day and your Victory Garden will produce lots of produce which will reduce expenditures at the market. Everyone is a beginner at some point with fears getting started but you don't have to be. My hands were my first garden tools. If you don't want to get dirty just wear gloves. You can be sure the children will have fun, if you have any.

This time of year watering isn't a worry in most areas. Mother nature takes care of it so it's easy to forget. Nevertheless don't take your eye off it. If you notice it's been dry for a few days it's time to get that hose out. In a short time your victory garden will provide you with free food.

Self-esteem and the self-image we carry of ourselves plays an important part in the success of our lives. Do you shrink back from attempting things in life because of lack of faith in yourself. Do you avoid doing those things that will draw attention to you? If so, how can you truly be the success you are capable of?

Learn to celebrate you and the small victories in your life.

We all have the same amount of hours in a day and no one can repeat yesterday. So learn to celebrate the little victories today. Did you complete that project on time? Did you maintain your composure when you got cut-off in traffic? Did you make it to your appointment on time? Did you use loving words with your spouse instead of the nasty ones that wanted to come out? Did you speak up and contribute your opinion in the meeting? Did you tackle that dreaded cleaning project and complete it? Did you make a good impression in the job interview? Did you skip that second piece of desert?

Whatever your small victories may be, they are yours and you should celebrate them.

They acknowledge that you are making progress and it helps lift your confidence. Sure, go ahead and celebrate the graduation, the marriage, the baby, the promotion, the new house, and all the other significant milestones in your life. Just remember, it is those small personal victories, that sometimes only you know, that when acknowledged will boost your self-esteem.

As your confidence gets boosted with your success at the little things, you'll be amazed at the ease with which you are able to have success with the larger things.

The truth is; you should give great importance to building up your confidence and self-esteem. A lack of confidence in yourself is a poor reflection on the Creator who pronounced everything He made as good. As a child of God you should be victory minded. Lack of faith in yourself is nothing but lack of faith in Him.

Start the ball rolling. Celebrate your small victories in life daily! Increase your confidence and encourage yourself to continue moving onto greater victories. Face life with a self-respecting, confident attitude and a hopeful outlook knowing you are a child of God. Celebrate you, your personal victories and boost your self-esteem.

May your confidence increase and your life abound with growing prosperity!

I prayed as he walked into the batter's box. "Please, Lord, just this once, let him at least hit the ball." All season long, he'd been in a slump, not even able to make contact.

WHACK! The sound of the bat as it connected with the ball let me know it was a good solid hit. He ran the bases with all the energy and speed he could muster--first base, second base--come on, Josh, you can do it--rounding third base on his way home, the cheers coming from the bleachers blending in with my own cries of jubilation.

I ran to the dugout, and he met me there, his eyes shining, his face glowing, a smile that could light the entire East Coast. The second time he did it, we met again in the dugout. This time we were both crying and laughing at the same time.

So what if it was only T-ball? It was a victorious moment, and one I'll never be able to forget. (Sorry, Josh, it's a mom thing.)

Did you know that's how God wants us to live? Not just some of the time, but all the time? As Christians, the victory has already been won for us.

As pilgrims in this foreign world that is not our home, it's so easy to be defeated and to walk around with burdens and downcast faces. We're all prone to it. But when we allow that to happen, we're giving the world a negative impression of what it means to be a Christian.

"With God we will gain the victory, and He will trample down our enemies." (Psalm 60:12, NIV)

If we give in to defeat, then Satan wins. In order to keep that from happening, we need to first of all remember who the enemy is. His name is Satan, and he's a liar and a thief (John 8:44; 10:10). We may want to label our circumstances or other people as the enemy, but you can be sure that Satan is at the bottom of it.

Next we need to realize that God has already won the victory (I Cor. 15:57). We need to be convinced that Christ has completed the work that leads to victory.

The other thing we need to do is recognize that as believers we belong to God. He's already accomplished what we couldn't do, by reconciling us to Himself through the blood of Jesus, making us co-heirs with Christ! We also need to recognize that through our disobedience to God, we turn our backs on God and break the fellowship that brings that victory.

I don't know where you are in your spiritual journey. You may just be stepping up to the plate. You may have already made contact. You may be rounding the bases even now. No matter where you are, remember the victory that is ours in Christ. Every step we take leads us closer to home!
