Whenever you're thinking about buying a fitness plan, don't just ask whether it's a good program or not. Ask whether it is right for you and your goals. In this article, I want to talk about the Tacfit Warrior program by Scott Sonnon and Steven Barnes and help you see: Is it right for you or not?

The workouts in the Tacfit Warrior program are based on Scott Sonnon's work with military and law enforcement personal from different countries. Similarly to how martial arts fighters need to train, these are people who don't train simply to look good or be able to lift heavier weights in a controlled environment such as the gym but to be able to perform versatile physical tasks in difficult conditions such as the battlefield, outdoor, in harsh weather, hand to hand combat, and so on.

Naturally, no online workout plan will give you the same kind of training soldiers go through but the concept of Tacfit Warrior is to focus on body functionality and ability, not on improving your looks, burning fat, and building bigger muscles, as so many other plans do.

You need to think about your own goals and whether what I've outlined corresponds to them. For instance, if your main goal is to just burn some fat or build bigger muscles, this program may be an overkill for you. While I have no doubt that the mind and body need to work together to achieve the best results, I just don't know how you will respond to what Steven Barnes is teaching.

The Good and Bad of it all...

As one would expect from a trained military instructor, Scott leaves nothing to chance. Each and every exercise in Tacfit Commando is covered by a well crafted video in more detail than I have ever experienced before. To say the least it is excellently done.

Being an ex soldier I found the recovery element of this program quite interesting. Recovery forms a major part of Scott's muscle-building and fitness routine. I believe that this can be of extreme value even if you cannot stick to the program plan.

With Tacfit Commando you don't need any special equipment or space to exercise. All these exercises make use of your own bodyweight and can be performed in your bedroom or hotel room when needed.

I don't know the reason behind but the fact that the dietary guidelines and warrior recipes are only available in the deluxe package is a drawback.
